I just moved into my new house, and the team at PMI Patron has made the entire process so seamless and graceful. James went above and beyond, answering our questions and sending over the application just two minutes before closing, all with incredible patience. Rich, during the walkthrough, was so kind and reassuring, repeatedly reminding us, “This is your home; we want you to feel at home here.” That truly touched my heart. Their attentiveness and quick responses to anything that needed fixing have made this experience even more comforting.

So far, this has been the best start to a rental I’ve ever had. I feel confident that this positive relationship will continue throughout our stay—and that’s certainly my intention.

PMI advertised my property, found applicants, screened them and took care of the contract and handover process. After 4 years with a previous tenant the property needed lots of different work done from multiple contractors and PMI got the work done quickly and at a reasonable price (for contractors :). Juan is fantastic! We had an issue with a charge being added to our monthly rent payment and when I called PMI, I was greeted by Juan. I explained the situation and he repeated it back to me to make sure he understood the problem. He then got in touch with management to fix the charge and was back in touch with me less than an hour after our initial call. He was so helpful and able to quickly remedy our problem by getting in touch with the right channels. Thanks for all your help again Juan!

Update as of Sep 3rd, 2024: A week after my house was inspected, I received a notice of a rent increase. However, I have yet to receive any updates on the pending maintenance tasks.

Today, Mike came in for the annual house inspection. He arrived on time and was very respectful. The inspection process was fast and easy. Mike took all the necessary pictures and asked questions about different areas of the house, ensuring everything was covered.
