I called PMI Management to inquire about a townhouse rental on February 1, 2019. I received a return call within seconds, and I met the most professional, kind and respectable licensed real estate agent. He introduced himself as Andrew Randolph. He promptly set up an appointment to visit the property the very next day. When we met in person, Mr. Randolph provided the utmost courtesy, assurance and feeling of warmth that he would make my home rental process a very comfortable and trustworthy journey. He gave a tour of the home, was open to my millions of questions, as well as being very patient and understanding of my situation. He made me feel like no problem is too big or too small for PMI Management to handle. The application process is easy, and all communications were efficient and professional. Also, he answered the phone every time I had questions. I recommend Mr. Randolph and PMI Management to anyone looking to buy, rent or sell any type of property - the long list of services they offer are EXACTLY what you need when you have a decision to make about the rental/buying process, because they handle everything on your behalf, and there is no "sales" pressure or overbearance to commit to anything! The properties they offer are clean and safe, as well as move-in ready. I am so happy to be relocating to my new home very soon, and it is all thanks to Andrew Randolph & PMI Management. It was a fast, no-hassle, less than two weeks process. It is my sincere advice that you should put your trust in this company (as I did) for your individual needs, because I can state unequivocally from my experience that, you are definitely in good hands with Andrew Randolph & PMI Management. I’d avoid dealing with them at all cost. They cancel appointments in the middle of the night and then cancel the reschedule. Very poor at responding to calls, texts, and emails. I filled out an application and paid $70 for the application. Andrew said they were not running my application for certain issues and did not charge my card. My statement said I was billed and it took a month for them to refund me. To get refunded we had call , text. Email them over a dozen times during that month.

Imagine if you had a serious issue with your rental. A quick response will not happen with them.

STAY AWAY!!!!! I saw a property I wanted to rent and immediately schedule a showing. 30 mins prior to my showing, Andrew called and cancelled saying the property wasn’t ready. I reschedule and saw the property. Immediately filled out the application and “supposedly” my background check came back. Good credit, income, no evictions and long work history. Apparently they didn’t like the address on my ID or ready my paystub over 6 figures. So it had to go back to a “screening company”. Now no calls, texts, or emails back. After reading the reviews, this is what they do. I need my MONEY back!!! And will be reporting to the BBB

Where do we start?! After months and months of unsuccessful phone calls and emails (never can get a hold of them), I was able to get the cell number of the owner or manger ( not clear what his title is, but his name is Andrew).
My tenants came home to a leaking roof. So, I called the cell number and left a message. No response. Called three other times . No response. I texted him saying we’d be filing a complaint and reporting the business to BBB. He responded via text right away ; I asked him to return my call. He kept responding via text and kept saying they are easy to reach! What a joke.
Supposed to send out a roofer tomorrow, but never responded to my inquiry about the time frame .
The other owners are so aggravated with this business ( I can’t even say they are property management cause they don’t manage anything).
If there was a negative 0 rating, that’s what I’d rate them.

From the first stages of meeting Andrew to getting our keys to our new rental every step of the way was excellent. Very professional in every area and great communication throughout the process. We felt very comfortable dealing with PMI and will continue in the future with them

I requested to view a house that was under this property management company. Before you can see the house you have to complete a form with some personal information. Of course I complied. I am responsible and a have a great rental and background history, and make enough money between my fiancée and I. I was scheduled to see the house after the form was complete and then they had to reschedule the showing. Then I rescheduled and I got an email the night before that they are canceling because I didn’t meet a requirement and I can’t imagine what requirement that would be. One thing I have found in my experiences of searching for a home in this area is that when I put my obviously Hispanic last name I suddenly get denied a showing. With no reason given most of the time. I emailed Andrew multiple times asking what requirement do I not meet. What could it be? No answer? I’ve talked to other people I know about this PM company and they said they weren’t surprised because in this part of South Jersey other minorities have had the same issue. It’s sad and it should be reported because rental discrimination is illegal. Also, keep in mind that they are rated as an F in the BBB.

Absolutely horrible and disgusting. Stay away. They take your money and do not respond to phone calls, emails and texts for months. Andrew explicitly violated the contract he signed with me. He promised me rent on April 15 and I did not hear for him for a month and a half. He lied and said he had a tenant and then less than a week later I found out he did not. This company should NOT be in business.

I have now been working with PMI for over a month. I can't say how professional they have been. Communication has been great! It was very easy to get started and the whole process has been "set it and forget it". This is such a relief for the family. I would certainly recommend PMI, especially with the key player Andrew at the helm!
