I have never had issues with a private or property management company until PMI Cedarbolt took over for CASA PMI. Garage door has been broken for 6 months, they charged me twice in one month because they didn’t update that our security deposit was paid 2 years ago. It’s been a month and it says we are late on our rent when we are not and they don’t answer their phone, email or chat through rentvine. Horrible experience so far. I wish we knew the owner of the house we rent because I know they would not be happy.

Anytime a rental management company requires you to post a review of 4 stars or better in order to receive an application, it begs many questions. Wait. What?!? Mostly, it delegitimises the company itself and plays loosely with a thing called extortion: one who is desperately looking for housing in a tough market must lie in order to even get an application and then pay a $35 fee for the honor of doing so. Please discontinue your use of this tactic.

Be warned! As a prospective tenant, a tenant, and a property owner, PMI Cedarboldt is the worst property management company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business. Their lack of response and general disregard for business creates increased liability for owners. The risk is not worth it.

I used PMI Cedarboldt to find a tenant for my small commercial property. They were impressively responsive. They helped me nicely during the whole process and they succeeded in finding me a tenant during COVID within one month. Additionally the Tenant is paying a great rate. The whole process was very easy and affordable. I fully intend to use them the next time I am looking for a tenant for my space. Thank you

Sent in an application and paid the fee for it but the property was already leased out. Why they would still accept and process application fees when properties have already been taken off the market, I don't know, but it's very untrustworthy to me. When prompted to give me my FULL refund, I was only sent back $45 out of the $50 I sent. Called up the office, and in short, there's nothing they can do for me is what they claimed. Sure it's only $5 but the fee shouldn't have ever been taken if I had no chance of actually getting the property in the first place. One person told me one thing one day and another the other so I wouldn't claim they're the most organized either. I already know they're gonna respond to this review and try to make me seem unreasonable and incompetent, but the fact of the matter is, I paid an application fee for a property that wasn't even free still so I should receive ALL of my money. I shouldn't have to literally pay for your guy's mistakes and it's messed up that no one wanted to do the right thing and get me my full refund. I wouldn't suggest renting via these people at all.

I rented through PMI cedar boldt , I must admit it was pleasant experience working with them. They are very flexible and helpful and was easy to work with. They are very prompt in responding to maintenance requests, every time I had to call them for any issues I had them resolve really quick.
The pmi cedar boldt online portal is very good, we Have everything available in the portals and any request needed or documents needed are available in there.Easy interface !
