Tiffany is a wonderful manager she is very attentive to our needs. If ever I have a problem I can talk to her she works with you and is very attentive to the people who stay here. She is constantly trying to make the place better. I love staying here, she literally saved me.

I lived here for a year as a college student and left as soon as my lease was up. So many neighbors were doing drug exchanges right next to me....place smells like weed and dirty garbage and does not have ventilation. The concrete walls are nice because they limit the noise, but not the smells. DO NOT MOVE HERE AS A FEMALE COLLEGE STUDENT. There are so many creepy old men who will hit on you so along with that and hearing my neighbor fight for drugs...it's not a good place to live unless you're a criminal. I never felt safe here. The doors which are supposed to have locks are usually broken so anyone can walk in. There is always a hoard of cops at least twice a month outside the place. The front desk lady has always been nice and friendly however and tries to help as best she can. The problem with this place isn't the staff, it's the neighbors. They also don't clean up after there pets, inside and outside.

Not much yet to review on, just bookmarking a rating for temp basis while working on google guide - I can agree that fresh air exchange may be required to dissipate odors that have accumulated and become overly concentrated. Odors can permeate and adhere to your person, and can’t seem to be cleansed away , unfortunately altering taste , smell, even once you are away a few days. Really good neutralizer and continuous oxygen levels until the levels are stable , may be a good idea, perfumes or any kind of chemicals would just make it worse I imagine, since that just adds to the available molecules for the odor to adhere to . If I had to take on the task, I would probably look into methods used in similar situations like nursing homes or hospitals for a start .
Will check back to update when more can be added

If I can give this place -5 stars I would, and the people who’s giving this place praise I feel like are either paid to do so, close relatives, or are pages only created by members of staff to make their own selves look good, no way people would actually enjoy living here. The hallways are usually trashy and smells awful. The neighbors are very loud along with their dogs that’ll bark for long periods of time, and even can be heard well past the noise curfew hours. You also hear the neighbors playing loud music very frequently even one time around 4AM, and it’s this one alcoholic that gets drunk screaming out racial stuff and political opinions in the mist of slamming doors, to the point it’ll make you jump out of your sleep when he’s been drinking past midnight(you can even hear a pin drop- that’s how thin the walls are, now imagine noise frequencies at those levels). You can also smell cigarette smoke coming through the hallways, and a lot of times, even through your own bathroom vent(mind you we are non-smokers and this is supposed to be a smoke free building). The place is also infested with mice and roaches; there’s no telling what actually lives inside the walls and if you’re quiet you can hear critters scratching and scurrying. Also, the neighbors lets their dogs use the bathroom anywhere, one day, I was walking up the inside stairs and dog poop was right there; which I was pretty close to stepping in it. Then when your report all this stuff it continues like it was never even reported- to the point where we just stopped reporting certain things- patiently waiting till our lease expired. If you want your peace, professionalism, smoke free, pest free, cleanliness environment, Plato’s doesn’t provide nun of it. This place from the get go has been a very bad experience. We also had to threaten a lawsuit to get them to finally mail us our deposit back.

The rules here are very militant. No unauthorized guests can visit you for 1 night. You can't be loud after 10 pm. Roaches run rampant in many of the rooms you have 2 washers and 2 dryers for idk 160 people? No pet park, poor wifi connectivity and the list goes on. Heaven forbid you get too many points or you might get evicted which I'm expecting after I post this review/ rant. I personally would've chosen another place but I was on a time crunch for a place. Not to mention the police frequent my side of the building and let's not forget the homeless that like to sneak in.

There a complete scam and took $500 when they were supposed to take 100 for a application fee and turned us down and now saying we have to wait for 3 weeks to get our 400 back and nobody can explain why that is so they get less than a 1 star from me as we're still homeless and they've got out money

Came here to check out apartments and was instantly hit with the smell of cigarettes and depression, saw roaches and over heard about a shooting there. Would not live there unless u you think that concentration camps are comfortable.
