Stayed with them for 2 years.
They kept up with maintenance greatly and were always able to anwser questions in a nice timely manner! The management software that they use is very convenient for making maintenance requests, autopay and such. Kelly is a nice understanding manager that goes the extra mile to ensure both owners and renters are satisfied.

A story about them: when we were moving out to a new house, our new lease fell through and they were kind enough to extend our lease until we found a new place! They worked with us every step of the way.

Absolutely terrible company to rent from. Every year they raised our rent, yet they did minimal to correct the home or update anything in it to be worthy of the price. From the day we moved in, our front door had taken damage from prior tenants where someone had pried the front door in. The entire 3 years we lived there, we had to have a special dead bolt on because otherwise our door would swing wide open at a gush of wind. We tried getting this fixed on multiple occasions and yet the "fixes" didn't do anything. None of the doors to the exterior were placed appropriately and had extreme gaps that you could see outside through, causing extreme cold in the winter and extreme heat in the summer no matter what we tried to do and they refused to fix this. We put thousands of dollars into the yard to make it look decent because it was disgusting, but yet out of $1700 deposit, we received only $336 back. We had the house professionally cleaned when we left, we patched all holes, we replaced many different things around the house and were honest about the items that we replaced, but yet they still charged us. The home was painted terribly when we moved in, you could see where there was paint streaks in every room, where only one coat was applied but right next to it, there was darker paint. One of the towel holders was replaced 3 times because they kept trying to put it in the wall where it had already previously been patched, and every time, it would fall off randomly for no reason. It took us 3+ months to get someone to come fix the fan in our 1 year old daughters room because it was hanging from wires and we weren't able to use it. The ants in this house was absolutely disgusting, I spent hundreds of dollars every year trying to keep them at bay but nothing kept them out of the kitchen, regardless of what was being used. When we moved out, we were going back in the house to fix items, but they waited until my fiancé had been in the house for hours before letting us know the machine in the house had HIGHLY toxic chemicals in it to try and take any smells out and to not be in the house while this ran, but they knew he was in the house fixing things. Never again would I ever think of renting from these people nor would I EVER allow them to manage any of my properties.

As an out of state owner, I am happy to have a partner in Kelley in managing our investment properties.

Always friendly, Always professional. They have handled all my repair issues in a fast and friendly manner. Sometimes things slip through the cracks but I expect that, no one is perfect. Kelly is such a kind person and seems very understanding when issues arise. I would recommend this real estate company to any looking to rent or buy.

Kelley was a tremendous help to us when we were looking to move to the NWA area. She showed us several properties all over the area, was able to help us negotiate an acceptance offer on the house we now own. We were even able to close while still living in Austin, TX. She had the house cleaned and the yard mowed for us before our moving truck arrived. What a great experience!

I live at Encore Apartments. Kelley listens to people all the time.
She is a perfect management.
I lived in two different place Kelley managed. I let her know when the garage door need to be fixed and she contacted the own and it got fixed.
I live here at Encore fridge went out got another one that one went out and got another and it works great. My dishwasher went out she got me another one. Garbage disposal went out and that also got replaced.

People if u don't call for something that is going out that is the people's fault not Kelley fault.

She is an awesome person.

I durther rent from her than Linsey apartments.

I even work for her cleaning apartments and house's. She likes stuff to be shinny and corners to be cleaned.

So whom is ever writing these bad reviews that is not Kelley fault. It's yours for not reporting the stuff that is going out or needs replacing call and she will do those things.

I love her to death. Wouldn't u enjoy living here at any place she managed.

Rented a home in a nice neighborhood for $1700/mo. Application process is extremely thorough, even extreme. They asked by boss if I kept a clean home or partied a lot.

House was very cheaply built. Interior/exterior trim held on by Velcro. Plumbing was a disaster guest bathroom leaked through the wall into the bedroom, only discovered when we moved some furniture. Kitchen faucet had no pressure, Platinum sent a plumber out several times over 2 months, finally replaced the faucet. Dishwasher wouldn’t drain, sent plumber out several timeS until finally deciding to replace the dishwasher they easily spent $10’s of dollars on the replacement...nothing in the top rack ever got clean. Alway saying they had to “check with the owner” for everything. I wonder what the owner got charged for the replacement dishwasher?

Ants! Had ants in the kitchen for 2 months, I hired Pest control to come out and spray. Then we had ants in the bathroom.

Moved out, cleaned the home better than it was when we moved in, yet they kept $900 of our $1700 deposit for cleaning, painting, and yard work. Yard work was at the request of the new tenant 2 weeks after they moved in, but charge us to have someone come mow. I mowed the yard the Wednesday before the new renters took possession on Friday.

Platinum Properties is a terrible company. I plan on stopping by and sharing my experience with the new tenants.

Absolutely the worst place I have ever rented from. They make you jump through hoops to even be able to rent from them, to the point you think they will actually take care of you to find out that all they want is your money. The home we rented had so many problems it wasn’t even funny. One of the bathrooms leaked through the walls and ruined furniture of ours and they told us to just bleach on it. I had surgery and was on bed rest and it took us calling 3 different times and 3 months later they finally got a new dishwasher for us and it was the cheapest dishwasher I’ve ever used. The main bathroom smelled constantly of sewer and we had spent thousands of dollars on the ant problem the house had. Most everything was fixed with Velcro.
Good luck on trying to get anything fixed by them and know that they will nickel and dime and charge you for things even when you tell them you have it taken care of and won’t give you a itemized statement of their charges. VERY DISHONEST
