Our agents, Tracy Driscoll and Diane Crisp, did a stellar job in planning and organizing the entire selling process. The staging, lighting, photos and presentations online and in brochures enabled our home to stand out to prospective buyers. They were selective in the clients that they brought by to view our home, kept us informed and made thoughtful recommendations.

She did it again! Audrey Albright helped me 3 years ago find my very first townhome and she was fantastic (of course). This time I was ready to search for a place to buy with my partner, and let me tell you she is a rockstar! We put in an offer on the 2nd place we saw (which actually, she found for us) and it was accepted pretty quickly! She walked us through the whole house buying process, and made it relatively easy. It is completely unacceptable and illegal for a realtor or anyone to enter an apartment without permission and harass anyone, let alone underage tenants. It is their responsibility to provide proper notice and schedule appointments with tenants before entering their apartments. The fact that they did not follow these basic protocols is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

Not only is it a violation of my privacy and rights, but it is also a breach of trust and can have serious consequences.

In summary, I would strongly advise against using Platinum Partners as your realtor and urge anyone who has experienced similar behavior to report it immediately. Their actions are completely unacceptable and should not be tolerated.

I had the pleasure of working with Jodee on the purchase of my first home. I cannot say enough great things about her. I am not a person to write reviews, but her professionalism, friendliness, determination, and compassion are amazing. From the first phone call to even after the closing, she has been the most friendly and helpful person I can imagine. She truly goes above and beyond the call of duty. She is spot on, gets you in for showings, offers great advice on making an offer, and fights for her clients to get their house. She even took the time out of her schedule to rectify a few things that occurred at closing even though there was no fault or necessity for her to do so! You just can't find customer service and decency like she provides in this day and age. I will recommend her to everyone!

The Conrad Nelson Team is the best! I cannot say enough about these ladies! Silvia and Denise are amazing at their passion - because it is not just a job to them! They are very professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. More than that, they are two of the nicest people you will ever meet. We did not have what I would call an "easy" house to sell and they were always available for questions and concerns. They never made me feel like I was a pest - even though I think I was!
