This is a rental company and they are liars and thief's, I moved out in September from Glen Haven Estates in Conneaut, Ohio 44030, But they decided to take $625.00 out of my account for October rent, the property manager Dawn McNutt has done nothing but give me the run around, I had to hunt down the company information on my own as she would not provide it. And all you get is a voice mail, I guess I will see what exactly is at the address in Beachwood, when I take a ride this weekend. And yes I gave a 30 day notice.
