Julia and Eddie are rock stars!!!! I was dealing with another company that turned out to nothing but a headache. I went to see Julia and Eddie and they knew exactly what to do and got me taken care of quickly. Great people to deal with even down to the receptionist (didn't catch her name) but she too was friendly and accommodating. Definitely will be using them again.

This office is more than excellent for obtaining your Truck Plates and permits, I contacted them by email, they replied back with documents required, I supplied all documents they told me and went to MVC for my appointment, I checked in and it took less than an hour for me to have plate and Registration in hand, I emailed them a copy so that they process my Ifta, next day Ifta permit was available for printing in my Ifta account, Ifta sticker arrived 3 days later, I truly appreciate and recommend this place, Beatriz and Gina are friendly and professional. Thanks for your help.

Very nice and friendly great service and great people to work with. The only thing I don't like it's the hours of operation 10:am to 5pm im a early person I like to do everything by 8:00am but anyway they are a great people's and they explain everything step by step to you and they take all the time you need until you understand everything.

The man here with the braided goatee was very rude to us. It’s like he was mad we didn’t speak Spanish. I will be reporting him to the higher up people. He was so rude and nasty towards us he was speaking Spanish about us under his breath. So rude and unacceptable
