When our previous Truckee tenant had to postpone his move-out date until December of 2019, my wife and I faced the inherent challenges of renting in the middle of winter. After reaching out to Colin Frolich at Landing, he really hit the ground running and found us several quality, prospective tenants. Communications during the selection process were excellent, and we appreciated the FaceTime meeting with tenants as being integral to Landing's process in ensuring more of a comfort level between both parties.
