I urge any readers to look at the reviews of Pinnacle Property and Hannah Roberson that are posted on Yelp and Trust Pilot. You will see on Yelp all reviewers (8) rated PP as a 1, and many specifically mention the rude and poor communication from Hannah Robertson. Also, the ratings on Trust Pilot (114 reviews) are 1.4. My experience would rate PP as a 1. I agree with all the comments about Hannah's rude and poor communication. From my experience, Hannah Roberson, does not take responsibility for her mistakes, but instead puts the responsibility on her clients. Note - the many HoA's that fired Pinnacle Property.

Five stars is not enough to describe the EXCELLENCE that Hannah Robertson provides to her customers. We have been working with Hannah for many years. Hannah is professional in all of our business dealings. Her response time to our needs is always immediate! Hannah gets many compliments from the community of people we service, on her professional demeanor and attention to their needs.
What we appreciate most about Hannah is that she
gives us specific details on how we can best serve her customer's.

Hannah Robertson is an excellent manager of Bayside Condominiums. She promptly answers emails, is easy to deal with and gets things done.

Go up
