Great RV place to stay long or short term. Jon the owner is frequently on site. Great guy. Grocery stores and places to eat close by. Park was nice and quiet. Had a great stay.

Was in a pinch and needed a place to park for the night this place was so amazing and accommodating. Has 30 amp and 50 amp hookup which was the only thing we really needed. Has security cameras around so that made me feel more secure being in an unknown area. Whoever I talked to on the phone was honest and extremely helpful explaining everything after hours. Felt like he was looking out for our safety. Would recommend!

My uncle was in dire need of a place to live. I called here and the owner called me back asap. He had no availability but stated he was looking to buy camper. He called me back within a day and stated he was going to buy the camper and he was going to get it hooked up for my uncle. My uncle was moved in within a few days. He only stayed few weeks due to finding something he can call home. Would definitely recommend this to anyone. He goes above and beyond to help others.

Helped a friend get a place here! They were very nice and accommodating! I also lived here years ago and never had any trouble. Everything was always taken care of on time. Definitely a great place in Malvern to live! Thanks for all your help with housing.
