I’ve been living here for almost 5 years. They are racist and discriminatory. I’ve been treated the worst. The people in the office, even the manager don’t even speak when I say good morning. The carpet is filthy, it smells like a sewer in the lobby most times,the elevators are always broken. Strangers come and go as they please. Even sleeping on the couch in the lobby, which is very unsafe for us tenants. Yet there suppose to be 24 hour security, I was walking to my car one day and a man hollered hey lady and started chasing me to my car. Luckily I made it in my car and locked the doors in time. The only thing good came out of that situation after I told security. If it was dark they started walking me to my car. Most senior and disability buildings have security in the lobby where visitors have to show ID before entering going to an apartment not here it’s a free fall. Some people are buzzed in, others wait for someone to get buzzed in so they can come in behind them which isn’t safe. Other times the doors broke so all types come and go as they please. They give me a hard time because I’m disabled and Hebrew. I guess I don’t look disabled so they feel I shouldn’t be here, which is very unfair a person disability does not have to be physical. I’ve been trying to move. It’s hard when you have to pay rent,lights,phone bill while trying to save to move. I pray that God gets me out of this building, this racist negative environment. It’s embarrassing to even have company the way the lobby hallway look and smell.. I would never recommend a person to this building, not even my worst enemy...

Not A Clean or Safe Place to Live

We lived here for many years, last 2 years lots of new tenants have come and new employees. The company has changed a lot it’s not the same. My mother that lived here almost 2 decades was basically forced to move out due to disruptive neighbors. Her place was flooded many times by neighbor above, flooding was going on for 2 years,mold started to build up in bathroom, the company did not even offer to fix it and paint it, nothing. She had to spend her own money to fix the place that she was renting for many years. They don’t do what a land lord is required to do. We had to take action in our own hands. Stay away.

I was called in to complete a pre-application and filled out documents and I also brought along my personal information. I was told a few weeks later that I was approved for the apartment but none was available at the moment. I've been on the wait list for about a year.

Nice building complex. They have a variety of apartments available but need to maintain the individual apts lobby more. Not cleaned often, the building complexes are too nice not to be well maintained doesn't make the company look very good...
