There are a few people in your life that you can rely on to make your life easier. One is my accountant; the other is Pam McCain. She treats your property as if it were her own and cuts no corners while saving you money. My previous experience with a property manager in Pine Mountain Club was a nightmare involving fraud and deceit. What a relief it was to find someone honest, hardworking and patient with the challenges of tenants. These traits have served her (and me!) well in her real estate business as well. I have worked with her in both realms for many years and I recommend her without hesitation.

Terrible - no animals were supposed to be on the property--unfortunately a dog owned by the tenant and was allowed to urinate all over the living room carpet Pam fired me for complaining. The new carpet cost over $1,000 to replace. If you are smart - never go business with Pam McCain at Pine Mountain Realty! She may say it is your fault!

Pam and her very capable assistants have managed our Pine Mountain Club property for almost 4 years now. We haven't had to worry about a thing. Easy to recommend PMR Property Management. We wouldn't think of using anyone else.

I don't know why I would be noted as giving myself & my company a ONE star rating! I did NOT submit this review. I also do not know two of the other reviewers: Jane Hudson & Midtown Sweeps (which is another business NOT related to my company!) RE: Boone review-an unhappy rental owner who did not bother to mention all of the out of pocket expenses that I personally paid for including an unlawful detainer and time-consuming court appearances on his behalf. Some people are really not suited to have rental properties. Unfortunately, he did have a bad experience with a con-artist tenant.

Stay away from this place...Pam McCain - Owner, Broker - DRE License #01788710 misrepresented the square footage of our home and she will not follow-up on agree'd upon repairs...not even something as simple as making sure there are screens on the windows of a newly constructed home. On top of this she is wickedly angry and takes it out on her clients...and what a fowl mouth it has too.

I had a showing scheduled to look at a home, I drove an hour there, waited there for 20 minutes while being looked at as of I was casing the house, tried calling, no answer. Pam didn't email me that she couldn't make it, or that it was changed, or canceled. Complete waste of my time and money, since I had to take time off from work to see the place.
