SAVE YOURSELF HUGE FEES. I used the team at Arizona MLS Flat Fee to sell my home FSBO. Within hours my home was on all the major real estate websites (Zillow, Realtor, Coldwell Banker, Trulia) anything that queries the MLS. Within 8 hours we had our first showing and open house.
