My fiance and I received quotes from 7 local fence companies to install 425 feet of fence throughout our Galloway property. Phil from Phencemen stood out from the competition during his initial site visit. He was on time, incredibly knowledgeable, very approachable, and had several great ideas for the installation which had not yet considered. We really liked Phil's ideas and ended up hiring them to complete the job. Phil got us to reconsider our initial desire for a cedar fence, by showing us that a two-toned vinyl fence would both hold up longer and match the coloring of the exterior of the our house, for only a minor increase in cost. He also convinced us that installing a black-on-black chain link fence in the back yard would offer great views of the woods behind our property and that it would nearly disappear to the eye when looking out our back yard. Their price was very reasonable and in-line with the competition. In the end, what sold us was his care and the overall feeling of confidence that he left us with after meeting with him. After the materials came in, his wife Sue got us on the schedule very quickly and their crew came out to do the install. The crew was very polite, tidy, and professional. It took three days for them to tear out the existing fence and install the new fence. They worked very efficiently and with minimal disruption to my existing property and garden areas. Phil’s recommendations were spot on: the two-tone vinyl looks great against our siding and the chain link blends away into the vegetation behind our property. We are both incredibly happy with our decision to use Phencemen and would happily recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a high quality fence installed by a group of skilled professionals at a fair price. One last thing: we had a large party at the house the week after the fence was installed and received many compliments on the fence. Again – we couldn’t be happier.

We had an 18 yr old Wood fence that was on it's last leg. Decided it was time to spend money and go with Vinyl. Called 6 contractors and selected Phencemen. Why? Well the price was right... but ironically that wasn't the reason, the day I met Phil, he gave my wife and I comfort that the job would be done well. Other contractors made it clear to us that they were busy, and until I signed a contract, they really had no time to answer my questions. Phil and Susan were always quick to reply. Even in the heat of the Summer, their crew did an amazing job.
While talking with Phil, he pulled out a few samples and we immediately realized we didnt want plain white. Phil discussed the possibilities of 2 tone. We decided that we'd do a white/beige combo. WOW!! The 1st day I saw it I was in awe. I never thought I could like a fence as much as I do this one. It really compliments the house. It's not a fence, but an extension of the house.
The crew was fast and hard working. Job site was cleared daily and there were no issues at all. Ironically they stopped by and installed the final door w/o me even knowing they were outside. I generally don't provide feedback/reviews... but I know how competitive the local fence market is. I'd never provide feedback unless I truly believe in the company. Phil and Susan are who you want to install your fence.

My fence is a piece of art! I love the color!! The job was a huge success, never did I imagine I'd be this blown away!

It's says something about somebody and their company when they go out of their way to help you for just a couple hundred bucks. I needed a few 4' fence panels. I stopped at Phencemen and I met the nicest owner (Phil) and receptionist (Dee) ever...
They not only helped me but they went above and beyond to help me. Nicest people... Great service with a big smile and they actually a greatful thank you. I strongly recommend them!!!

If you want a GREAT Company that stands behind their product and their customers, you NEED to use Phencemen. Our landscapers recently broke a panel to our fence and I called Dee and asked about a quote to fix it. Phil had his crew come out and replace the panel within TWO days!! We were expecting them on Thursday, so imagine our surprise when we went out back to grill and noticed the repair had been made! Phil and Dee are kind, caring and so nice to work with. I recommend this company a million times over!!

I had recently used Phencemen to replace a wooden fence with a vinyl fence and couldn't be happier. I had several companies come out to provide estimates but Phencemen stood out to me not only in price but for their excellent quality of materials. The owner was very knowledgeable and involved with every aspect of the project. This is a family run business and I felt my fence installation was as if I was part of the family. I first contacted them in early 2020. They came out to give me an estimate but we got sidetracked by the pandemic. They came out again in the fall of 20201 and updated their estimate. We finally got the fence in , in January. Excellent work. They came out again in October at our request and took down a portion of the fence so we could get a shed into the backyard. They were back within days and re-installed the section. The price for this and the original work was very reasonable. The office staff was always kind, courteous, and knowledgeable over the long haul. Especially Dee, who is a pip. IMHO you can't go wrong with this crew. - Linwood, NJ

Wonderful experience with Phencemen! Phil came out and did our estimate on time, exactly when scheduled. I had an estimate earlier that day with another, larger, company & Phil was so much more professional and actually explained what we would be getting by working with them.
Their office was very responsive in emailing contracts & making sure our deposits & balances were received.
When the crew showed up, they were very communicative & made sure not to make a decision without my input.

Phencemen had completed multiple properties fencing needs in my neighborhood. All of the work that I saw prior to our installation was excellent. Our fence turned looks incredible and I am very happy with this company. Also the price was most competitive. Phil installed exactly what I wanted. The workmanship is outstanding.
