I been working with a particular person with PHD for a long time. The orginal house I tried to purchase didn't go through because of my fractured leg, I couldn't provide the answer to return date to work so I was denied my loan. Well I have also been in the market to buy outright on a piece of land,which this particular person new i was interested and lots are being sold left and right without any contact from him. He's very difficult to work with even when describing what I need and looking for. He doesn't respond to my emails then I see properties I told him I was instrested in have a pending status. So I am be looking for another relator because there's no communication and doesn't go out of there way to help everyone.
