Pete Foster exceeded all of our expectations in securing a commercial space for our business expansion. He came highly recommended to us from two of the very best in the residential real estate space. He was very helpful in all phases of commercial real estate. Pete's attention to detail helped us find the right space for our business requirements. Once we found the space, his industry expertise was instrumental in negotiating terms in our LOI which made the full lease negotiation very straightforward. Our commercial real estate lawyer was essentially a second set of eyes and had very little to add in the negotiation process. What I appreciated most was Pete's responsiveness between our team and the landlord. Securing the right commercial space can be a somewhat long process and Pete helped mitigate any unnecessary time delays.

I had been looking for commercial space for a while, Pete Foster was recommended to me by a friend of a friend. First time we connected he listen to me and my needs. He then quickly send me a list of all the potencial places based on my needs/criteria, so our journey began.

Through out this process Pete was very responsive and always kept me updated on new prospects. We spend a lot of time looking at place and when it was time to make a deal he explain throughly what I need it financially along with the LOI and negotiate in my best interest. He worked extensively and closely with me and sellers broker. Unfortunately a personal matter kept me from finishing a deal that was very promising due to Pete’s extensive experience, hard work and network got me so close to a great deal.

Although I was unable to follow through I am very pleased to had Pete on my side. There is no doubt in my mind that I will come back and will forever recommend him to anyone looking for commercial retail.
