This review is long overdue. After losing my accountant of 20+ years to retirement, I went in search of a trusted recommendation to fill the void. Chad was a referral from our financial advisor for a house re-fi and I can't begin to describe the relief and total satisfaction I've had with his team both with the refi's we've done and our taxes when we moved them over in 2019. I've owned a business for over 25 years, I've never seen a more professionally run, personally invested person than Chad. The attention to detail, the ease of the service, the utter lack of any doubts on my part that he was doing everything and then some to fulfill his duties make me recommend him to everyone I can that asks me for a referral to a competent, trustworthy company for mortgage and tax needs. If Google would allow more than 5 stars, I'd give him all of them.

First met with Chad in 2013 to figure out how to get ready to buy my first home. He even pulled off some fancy footwork to help lock in a superior rate when my fiancee's credit score unexpectedly dropped 2 points below the sacred 740 threshold.

He also caught a mistake my accountant made on my 2015 taxes when he was pre-qualifying us for the mortgage so no doubt he is great at taxes also.

Chad is super proactive in monitoring the interest rate market to identify opportunities to refinance. So nice to know someone is watching that for me.

Since 2016 Chad has helped me refinance my mortgage twice to lock in a lower interest rate. He always makes sure the refinance makes sense economically before recommending it, including all fees associated.

Most of all I enjoy working with someone I can really trust who has a strong faith and integrity to match. Would recommend Chad to anyone.

We found Chad originally to do our taxes but knew we would need to refinance our house out of our FHA loan eventually. Him and his team are fantastic, not only was it so easy and simple but they communicated everything to you clearly and efficiently. Never once were we pushed to do something or had any confusion, unlike when we initially bought our house with a different group or before we found Chad and had attempted to refinance with someone else. On top of that, they also laid out a plan to get us out of credit card debt. Other financial advice has been helpful as well. With changing tax laws happening so frequently, it's nice to have someone who's on top of it all for you. Don't try to do them yourself! We were referred to Chad and I'm glad we were. We had a very complex tax situation, and from our intermediate (or so we thought) knowledge on taxes - we thought we had to pay a ton in taxes in 2017. We went with Chad and he got us our tax return and saved us an incredible amount! Way more than I could've imagined. His team is fast, smart, professional and on top of things. Totally worth going with Chad Peshke. It costed $175 for them to do everything for us, start to finish (you will have to mail in the vouchers though, but that's super easy). If you have anything more complex than a W-2, him and his team are a great bet to go with.
