An organization or individual who violates a consumer's privacy rights or inappropriately handles confidential information contained in a consumer report or criminal background inquiry is liable to the consumer for actual damages or $10,000, whichever is greater. Be aware that investigations involving credit and or criminal records can be concealed for clandestine reasons, with the risk of intentional exploitation or discrimination thereby resulting in theft of identity and defamation of character. Perry' Lake community is controlled by Davis Enterprises, known for megalomaniacal creation of artificial places and superficial people. These are paranoid, dictatorial, privacy invading entities capable of denigration and credit damage to those unwary residents trapped within their subservient policies and boundaries.

I JUST WANT TO ADDRESS MY EXPERIENCE AS A LIFEGUARD AT THIS POOL .I have worked at this pool all summer long and today before the last week of summer for 15 minutes me and another guard were cooling off in the pool and the lady in the clubhouse whom Is not our boss i think her names Shelby-( the younger one )was EXTREMELY unprofessional came out to the pool and started SCREAMING about how we should be doing our jobs and was just flat out disrespectful.. she had everybody at the pool staring and watching this entire episode with kids present using foul language and everything. not to mention how miserable and rude the residents are and how dirty the pool and pool tiles are as far as I’m concerned, just by working a summer there it is 100% poor management and rude residents and guests if your considering buying/renting here I suggest looking somewhere else..and if I could give 0 stars I would .
