My home was sold by an agent for this company Yamile Carillo. From the get go I was skeptical about her and in the end realized I made a huge mistake by hiring her. She is unethical, rude and condescending as well. I was out of town when the escrow company called late in the day that they have the check. I left a message to that effect for escrow that I am unable to pick it up. I received a message from my Realtor right away demanding the keys and I informed her the same. She immediately responds with threats on a situation beyond my control. The message from the buyers Realtor states they won't move in til a week later yet she wants the keys before I get the check. I definitely do not recommend her or the company and would not use them again.

Worked with an agent at this location- everything went smoothly until I went to drop something off at the office. The lady working the front, Marie- who is also a agent, was extremely rude and condenscending. I reached out on a Facebook and left a review regarding my experience and Marie retaliated against me using their Performance Realty page. Very unprofessional.
