Peery's Property Management is a wonderful company ran by good, honest people. My family and I have rented property from them and have been treated fair and respectfully. They make sure you have a nice property to rent and it is my job as the tenant to take care of it. This home belongs to someone who has put their trust in Peery's to make sure it is taken care of and they do a great job at it. As a renter it is my job to make sure the property is maintained and if I ever have an issue with anything Perry's takes care of it. They send professional companies to repair the issue with a quick response. I've never had to wait weeks for a repair and my schedule has always been taken into consideration when making an appointment. When they do an inspection the person who comes shows a great deal of respect for my home. And I do not mind any requests to make improvements on how to take better care of this place I call home. I may not own it but I will respect it.
I have a strong feeling that the former tenants who have made negative comments about this company most likely did not take very good care of the homes they rented and Peery's had to do what was in the best interest of the owner and the overall maintenance of the home. After all, that is their job.
So thank you Peery's Property Management for doing a great job.

Hollis is absolutely great to work with! He is professional, knowledgeable, and communicative. I feel like I can rest easy even when out of state because his team does such an amazing job.
He keeps a close eye on the market so he knows the best course of action when providing advice. And he works very hard for the tenant too. Any issue they have is immediately brought up and rectified. His 6 months inspection will have a detail description of any issues or potential problems we may have in the future. Like rotting wood spots for example. Great for the owner and tenant alike. He also provides timely monthly statements. Like clockwork. I wish all of my properties had such an outstanding manager!

Do not rent from them. They take advantage of vets with imperfect credit. We rented two houses from them, both of which were absolutely disgusting. They do not have contractors for maintenance and everything is just band-aided, nothing repaired. We’ve been treating a rat-infestation and poor plumbing since we moved in. As soon as my husband gave notice to vacate, Hollis claimed we owe an extra month’s rent. We knew he would try to screw us when we moved out, but we didn’t expect him to be so unprofessional and ridiculous.

My wife and I had a very pleasant time as tenants of Peery’s for almost three years. Hollis and his team are incredibly accommodating as the few times we had a maintenance need, it was promptly resolved. They also did a great job doing periodic maintenance such as pressure cleaning the home’s exterior, which made our experience in the home that much more enjoyable. Peery’s website also made it incredibly easy to pay our rent and communicate with management. More importantly, Hollis treated us like paying customers; I’ve experienced many property managers who treat tenants like second-class citizens and Hollis went to great lengths to make us feel valued as tenants. Hollis and the home treated us very well, so we were sad to leave when it came time to relocate to another state. I highly recommend going to Hollis if you are looking for a rental home in the Fayetteville/Lillington area.

These guys prey on Disabled Veterans that are post divorce and have bad credit. They own ghetto, destroyed homes that are full of rats, and when you move out they blame 50 years of home history on you and further ruin your credit.

The owner, Hollis Peery is a former special forces CSM. Talks the talk, is a completely dishonest businessman.
