Stayed in my 4th cabin by this fantastic property management team in Alma, Breckenridge, CO, and it blew my mind! At 10,500 ft, the views are unbeatable. The cabin's cozy with a record player, modern fireplace, top-notch appliances. Features both an outdoor hot tub with majestic views and a surprise indoor hot tub for that extra touch.

Jeff and Marie make you feel right at home, adding a personal touch to the stay. The cleanliness is next level - spotless and polished. Plus, the fun stack of games is a cherry on top. Highly recommend! A devoted customer for life.

We had a girls weekend and stayed at the cabin in FairPlay. I’m telling you what, you WILL NOT be disappointed. This place is so beautiful. We didn’t want to leave. We spent the evening making dinner, visiting and sitting in The hot tub. The views are spectacular. The cabin was very clean, organized, and had everything we needed. We can’t wait to start coming here at least once a year. 10 out of 10!!

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at the cabin in FairPlay, CO! The cabin was so lovely, surrounded by trees and so private. They had everything you need in the kitchen, plenty of towels, linens, blankets and pillows and so many games plus foosball, darts and the hot tub. The view is absolutely stunning and so peaceful. This is the perfect place to relax and recharge and enjoy nature. We didn’t feel the need to do anything else in the area with so much to do and enjoy in and around the cabin for our families. Kids ranged from 4 - 14 and they had a blast roaming freely and enjoying the cabin. The hosts were wonderful and very responsive and so kind. We will definitely be back!

I have now visited at least five of Peak Property Management’s properties and I must say they are all well situated in the mountains with spectacular views. They are all spacious, and you could tell that their team’s attention to detail is important to them. For example, each place had special touches to make them feel like home, even unexpected touches like a record player with tons of records or the Spanish espresso percolator. The homes were all super clean and setup well with hospitality in mind. One thing that means a lot to me is that their communication is great and they are always available to ensure that each stay is over the top. Thanks, Peak! Y’all have truly made me feel like welcome family. See y’all soon!

We had a great experience during our stay at one of the cabins recently! Spent a week in a perfect location! It was secluded, clean and the host were always available when we needed them! They were even kind enough to bring sleds by the cabin for the kiddos! 10/10 recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at the Kilted Elk Lodge in Fairplay! The cabin was cozy, well-equipped, and offered stunning mountain views. It was the perfect place to relax, with a peaceful atmosphere and all the comforts of home. The location was great for fishing at the nearby Eleven Mile Lake. Highly recommend it for a quiet getaway!
