Reporting an official noise violation (Colorado Noise Statute 25-12-103) as Brad C/O Peak Performance Realty is ignoring my complaints and not taking this situation seriously enough. There has not been resolution since I've escalated again last October 2024. There is a faulty furnace, which rattles and vibrates my back wall profusely (I live upstairs in Unit #1825 and our utility closets connect) The decibels average above 55 dB(A) when the furnace is cycling (every 15 minutes for approx 4 minutes at a time). The continuous rattling has resulted in my AquaTherm furnace loosening the joints and causing costly repairs. Property manager, Brad , has attempted to fix the problem, however it has not been resolved and the noise is greatly impacting my peace and well-being as I can't sleep or concentrate (I work from home). I've complained consistently for the past 4 years to other managers at this location as well, for nothing to be completely resolved only "band-aided" yearly. While attempting to reach Brad, for a final solution he corresponded via a phone call using belligerence, combativeness, and conducted himself in a completely unprofessional manner. It will behoove you to not use this property management service. I have no choice now, but to take my complaints to civil court and have the owner of the property involved.

HRPM are just great people to work with. The property we are in is in a nice neighborhood and the house is great. When there is an issue it is addressed very quickly and it gets done right by very professional and nice contractors. The tenant portal makes this process a breeze as well as making payment super simple! We were looking with short notice mid 2019 and they were really quick and helpful at getting us in on time to move to the Denver metro area in time for starting our new jobs and we were very grateful for that. Other places were very slow and unresponsive, but not them! I can't recommend them enough.

HRPM has been my property manager for 8+ years now and they are truly such a wonderful company to work with. They are knowledgeable with the market details and rented my condo quickly every time. The staff is super friendly, attentive and responsive. The best part about HRPM is that they screen the tenants extremely well and get good, QUALITY tenants that stayed many years so the turnover rate was super low which was less headache for me. I highly recommend hiring Highlands Ranch Property Management company to manager your property.

What I like about Highlands Ranch Property management is how they have lead with their best foot forward. They do what needs doing and are willing to work with you to make sure your home is just that, YOUR HOME! They want you to be happy and you can feel that in the attention to detail and how quickly they respond. As a tenant I couldn’t be happier, and I’m looking forward to working with them when life happens and things need fixing!
