I was with another realtor that told me on the day they were to look at the apartment that they won’t make any profit from listing it. Ms. Chanel Clark was an angel sent as a replacement. She said to me. I got you. She did. She’s extremely professional. If anyone is looking for a realtor - I would highly recommend her. I usually do not post, but I had to. Chanel Clark is the best. She’s also a teacher because she takes the time to explain. Needless to say my apartment was rented within the week. It could have been days but we waited for the weekend and did another showing. I first met Chanel through an open house at an apartment. She was able to answer all of my questions and guide me through the application process. My wife and I worked with Chanel and couldn't have asked for a better agent. She was so flexible working with us since we were moving with a 3 month old. She went above and beyond to make sure that we not only saw the apartment, but also was able to see the amount of light it got during the day. She was crystal clear when it came to meeting the landlords, signing, and getting the keys. She went above and beyond and advocated to use Zelle over checks in our lease, which is a huge help to juggle one less thing with a baby at home. I'd work with Chanel again and recommend her to anyone who asks no question.
