I scheduled an oil change for my Honda (with 9,700 miles on it) at Paul Miller Honda. Despite it being a rainy and gloomy day, the service was completed efficiently, and the vehicle was returned to me on time.

However, I later noticed an issue — or rather, my wife did. After I handed her the car, she immediately pointed out that the yellow wrench light was still showing on the dashboard, indicating that the oil change reminder had not been reset. As many husbands know: a happy wife means a happy life, and in this case, she was definitely not happy.

I contacted Mr. Denny at Paul Miller Honda and explained the situation. He responded right away and arranged for one of the staff members to meet me at my workplace to reset the oil change reminder on the spot. It was resolved quickly, professionally, and with zero hassle.

Thanks to Mr. Denny’s fast and thoughtful response, everything was sorted out — and most importantly, my wife was satisfied. Paul Miller Honda clearly has a great team and a manager who knows how to take care of customers when something goes wrong.
