I was looking as Zillow and Paul came to mind. We used Paul 12 years ago to handle the sale of our home. Did a great job and took really nice pictures. Look up 7031 Seawind Drive, Long Beach, Ca. to see the posting.
Though my wife and I weren’t present to meet with him again when my siblings did. He impressed them enough we used Paul to sell our mothers home after she passed. Advised us/them wisely on doing the bare essentials in preparation of selling an old home with very little visual desire to potential buyers.
Even still with little work done, good cleaning, got us full asking price at going rate of value for condition of home turning down all lowballing home flippers.
