Patty was wonderful to deal with. She was extremely knowledgeable, responsive and helpful. She noted some minor repairs that needed to be made, and then arranged for them to be done. She took care of EVERYTHING that I couldn't do as an out-of-town owner, thereby taking the stress out of the process. She brought items to a donation center, shipped my laptop to me, arranged for my kitchen set to be removed, etc. She answered all of my questions and made changes when I requested them. She educated me on appropriate "comps" and guided me in settling on a listing price. And everything she did resulted in an offer by the 1st buyers that looked at it ... a cash offer that closed in 10 days. I would HIGHLY recommend Patty and The Power of Two to anyone looking for competent and professional realtors in the Sun Cities area.

We have an interesting story. Found these two girls on a search. We weren’t looking for a home yet, but in the future. They knew we weren’t buying yet, but rolled out the red carpet, took an afternoon showing us different area’s and homes in sun city. We went back to Pennsylvania, few months later, decided to buy. So from 2400 miles away, they were there helping us buy a home. Above and beyond, on the clock and off the clock. I want to say that Linda and I even have a friendship that came from this experience. Don’t hesitate to give Linda and Patty at the Long real estate agency your call if you’re looking for a home. They have vast knowledge of the market and the Sun City and surrounding west valley. I had the good fortune of choosing The Power of Two: Patty Rosebery and Linda Pitzer to help me buy a property in Sun City. I had done my homework: learned the basics, read reviews, viewed websites, etc., and interviewed them. I chose them mainly for their knowledge of Sun City real estate and the location of their office.
I was a frank and demanding client. But, they kept up with me, responding immediately by phone or text and were always on time. They never tired of showing me properties. It so happened that their agency also represented the seller of the house I bought. That situation can be a problem, but this time it afforded me a great opportunity. Patty and Linda took great care to ensure that both myself and the seller were completely happy with the deal. They answered every concern I had with thoughtfulness and honesty. They won my respect over and over again. What could have been a difficult and stressful experience turned out to be an enjoyable one working with Patty and Linda.
For the record, I am not in the real estate industry. I did not receive a consideration for this review. I am just a very satisfied customer.

We found working with a team to be very beneficial, you get twice the perspective and knowledge. We also think it increase their availability to us as clients/customers. Patty took the lead on the finding a home and Linda took the lead on the sale of the old home.
