Working with Pat was such a great experience. My husband and I were first time home buyers and Pat made our experience easy and fun. At our first meeting we talked out all the details and he was straight up front with us. He always had our best interest in mind and always made sure we were understanding the process and the details of what a house was offering. He was very patient with us even after we changed the location we were looking at about 80 miles in a different direction. When we found the house we wanted to buy he made sure to keep us in the loop and helped us get the best deal possible. Pat was an awesome agent for us. We went through the pandemic trying to find a house and it was tough. Especially when I lived 2 hours away and it was difficult to see some of the houses.
