A very beautiful community, the neighbors are very kind and friendly also very safe, very quiet and peaceful as well. Good air quality, if it’s really like what those other ratings said that there are chemicals stuff then yall are dead after eating those vegetables. Very misleading.

Just Another overpriced development. Surrounded by farm land, the air is polluted with chemicals released during fumigation for bugs, pests, and desease control used on the crops . Not much else going on around this area. A windy Guadalupe beach is about 10 miles away. No big entertainment, no international airports nearby. I remember checking on the houses prices a while back, just to compare with the house I had bough about two years earlier and I was appalled by the prices and the reasoning of the agent to excuse such hyper inflated prices. I quote” well, we have to ask at the current market rate”. While that might be correct, in part, they don’t have to sale using such lame reason. My house doubled its price but I couldn’t ask, in good faith, for that amount of money if I were to sale it. I strongly urge any potential buyer not to fall for their advertising and pictures. Check the area, wait to hear the train that runs alongside the development, ( yeah, noise pollution too) take a walk downtown Guadalupe. You will probably realize is not what they advertise.
Best to you and fight tooth and nails for the lowest possible price should you decide to buy in this area.
