I can't say enough wonderful things about Party Tents & Events (PTE) in Santa Rosa—especially Yuri and her amazing team. They completely turned my DIY backyard wedding into something that looked and felt like a high-end professional venue, far exceeding my expectations. From the moment I reached out, Yuri was an absolute dream to work with. She was not only incredibly responsive but also proactive in suggesting solutions and helping me navigate the complexities of pulling off a beautiful outdoor event. Every time I had a question or concern, she was quick to respond, putting me at ease every step of the way.

What really stood out was PTE’s problem-solving abilities. They handled every challenge with such calmness and grace, which made the entire process so much more enjoyable. Whether it was coming up with creative ideas for layout or helping to figure out last-minute logistical changes, PTE made me feel like they had everything under control, which as a bride, is invaluable. Their attention to detail was impeccable, and they seemed to always be one step ahead, anticipating things before I even knew to ask.

I had initially reached out to Bright and Encore, as I knew some people who had worked with them before, but the experience left me feeling disheartened. It was like pulling teeth just to get a response, and I constantly had to chase them for any kind of update—and when I did get a pulse, it was clear I was an afterthought and nothing had been noted from previous phone calls/engagement.

With Party Tents & Events, it was the complete opposite. They listened to my vision and truly made me feel heard and valued. I can honestly say that because of Yuri and her team, my wedding day was better than I ever could have imagined. I wholeheartedly recommend Party Tents & Events to anyone planning an event in the area.

Utterly unprofessional! Do not work with this company! We had a signed reservation contract for the tenting for my father‘s memorial. Today, two and half weeks before the memorial service they abruptly told me that they are cancelling the reservation. I cannot believe that they would cancel when they had already done a site visit, sent the proposal and I had signed and set int back. I have 100+ people coming to honor my dad’s life and if it rains, what are we going to do? It’s February! They deserve to go out of business being so callous and creating such incredible stress at a time of grief for our family.

My experience with this rental company was OK but not great. The message I'd like to pass on to others is make sure you double and triple check everything they give you!

I rented several small bar tables and tablecloths (plus some other items including an outdoor popup tent) for my mother's funeral in March, 2023. We did not meet the minimum delivery amount so we picked up all the equipment and brought it to a church in Santa Rosa the day before the service, and we planned to set everything up the next morning inside the sanctuary/reception area.
I received a call from a manager later that evening, hours after pickup, saying that the warehouse workers were concerned that they may have given us stems that don't match the tables. I asked if they were just "concerned" or they are "sure" but she couldn't tell me. She asked if we could go test out the tables that night but we couldn't; we don't live nearby and the church was totally locked up for the night anyway. It was a distressing phone call to receive since the next morning we would have florists and caterers arriving to set up on these tables, as well as many friends and family members attending the service, and we'd be crunched for time. Plus we were mourning our mother.

We made it work by asking the pastor go to unlock the church an hour earlier than planned the next morning to see if the stems were going to match the tables. Sure enough, they gave us the wrong equipment.

The manager was available to answer my phone call even though this was before they opened on Saturday morning. She hand delivered the proper table stems to us herself, moments before guests started to arrive for the service. We were so grateful to her for that. We scrambled to get it all set up, and everything turned out beautiful at my mom's funeral.

However it was very stressful and honestly upsetting to have this mixup happen with the tables. After all the time planning the service for my mother, I was rather disappointed in Party Tents and Events, and wished I had chosen someone more reliable.

We didn't even end up using the outdoor pop-up tent that costed $160 and I wanted to ask them for a refund. But at the time, after my mother's passing and all the numerous phone calls and arrangements I had to make, I just didn't have the energy to contact this company to request a refund, if it was even possible.

Hope others use caution when renting from this company.

They have a great selection and fast service when adding items on the spot or short notice. But their return system has many flaws. We returned from the wedding with many rental things. The workers told us to place dirty linens in a bag with other dirty linens and unused linen leave on the side. In the end, the company charged us for unused linen because they did not find it. —> no way for us to prove otherwise.
My advice - record a video while returning items and count everything as proof. (Service dates June 11-13th, 2021)

Solid folks. I have worked with them many times over the years doing various events as a Hospitality Professional. Many clients I have had also work with them and rarely has there been an issue and the few have been handled well. It is nice because they are easy to find, park and see what you need and is available right there.

I needed Astro turf. I was told they only rent pieces that are 12x50. I completely modified my weeding venue to accommodate that size. Went to pick it up, but the employees that loaded it didn’t even work for the business. They gave me lots of pieces. When we got to the venue, the rolls contained 12’, 15’, 22’, 27’ pieces. NONE were 50’. When I called, I was told to tape them together (with tape they have but didn’t share). Owner offered to “make it right” and deliver the right pieces. 6hours later (I was paying a set up crew by the hour), he delivered 15’, 22’, 75’, and 40’ pieces. And I was told to stake them down (with stakes they forgot to give me). Owner was condescending and misogynistic as he talked down to me and made fun of my tools. He lent me his pink hammer “just for girls”. They gave me $200 off of my $1500 order—haha! Find somewhere else to rent your things.

As the owner of a local restroom rental agency I've worked with PTE on several events and my clients have all been very happy with their services. I personally recommend them to my clients and vouch for their services.

I have the privilege of working with many different event rental companies in my line of work and being the inquisitive person I am I talk to my clients about their experience with different services and I'm always getting a good response to clients that work with PTE. PTE's staff are very experienced and will even help you get other stuff and services too. I've met the staff several times and have always been greeted and welcomed even when they're busy.

I had such a wonderful experience working with Allen. The way he can foresee the needs of the space, event, and really walk through the whole experience with me was so helpful. At the site we are using, they only work with Party Tents and Events Rentals, because they do such a wonderful job and offer fair prices.
