good value for the property but forget about getting anything fixed in a timely manner. plan on making at least 2 calls to the office and probably 1 personal trip before someone comes out to look at the issue. even then it won't be fixed on the first visit. our dishwasher was broken for over a month with 4+ visits by maintenance that did nothing to fix the issue, and our building didn't have a front door on it for 3 months after it was damaged in a storm. I moved out in July and was promised my security deposit back within 30 days, and it is now 51 days later and they said it will be at least another week. before they even mail it to me.

Do not rent from this management company. I rented from them for 3 years, never missed a payment and was always one month early on payments for the last year. I kept my place clean and took pride in my home, I didn’t have any parties and was a quiet tenant. Even then I have never received my security deposit back. I have been given the run-around by the property management, Mark that the check has been sent, twice now to my new address and after asking how much it was for and the check number, I haven’t heard from anyone since. Withholding a security deposit for over 45 days is arguably illegal and I really want to save a headache and warn any person who might consider renting from them.

Mark the current landlord seems concerned. Has been helpful. Believe owners of the property is not investing in the property maintenance. All buildings need painted badly. Many spiders and insects in and out of apt. Live in different location than Grand Ave. Seen similar issues there. Outside of buildings not completely painted or sided. Lawn Care not the best. Many small items wrong or missing in apt. I put blame on owners, not Mark.

I put myself through so much unnecessary stress living here. I didn't realize how unorganized and unhelpful they were until I moved to a different, equally as inexpensive, apartment down the street. They also bribed us with gift cards in exchange for 5 star reviews, which I found distasteful.
