Slum Lords and they have judges on speed dial. The judge literally just asked her how much she wanted and he signed the papers, so just don’t get into any type of verbal or written agreement. Now that’s it’s over and done i and re read the lease agreement, these people are something else so please READ THE AGREEMENT!!! I wish I could post a photo of it. Then you won’t think twice about renting from these greedy gutted women. I’ll be goshed damned before I see these people make money off people who work hard for their money.

Absolutely the worst people on earth will refuse to do maintenance will overcharge you lie and cheat you and then go behind your back and forge documents to use against you in court these people are true lowlifes.
