I've been living at Parkway Lofts for 8 months now, and I absolutely love it! The staff is incredibly sweet and always goes above and beyond to make sure all your needs are taken care of. From the moment I moved in, I felt right at home. The community they've built here is amazing everyone is SO friendly, and it truly feels like a big family. It's also super dog-friendly, which is a huge plus! If you're looking for a place that’s welcoming, well-maintained, and has a great atmosphere, Parkway Lofts is the perfect choice. I moved into Parkway Lofts in June, and it has been a great experience! The move-in process was smooth from the start, thanks to the leasing office and front desk staff, who are always welcoming and helpful. The amenities are top tier, especially the rooftop, which is perfect when the weather is nice, and the two-floor gym, which has everything you need for a great workout. Parking is ample, and the gated community provides a sense of security. I also enjoy studying in the common area from time to time, it’s a great space to focus and be productive, and it’s also a nice option to reserve for parties or events. Plus, the community events, like Food Truck Wednesdays and Fridays, along with various monthly activities, make it easy to meet and connect with other residents. I highly recommend living here!

I moved here to Parkway Lofts after residing in the city for so long- not expecting this would be and feel like home. I have ONLY pros to post about so NO negativity energy reported here. I HAVE NO CONS.My experienced started with my leasing agent Marco, he treated me as if he had known me many years, going over and beyond the call of duty to secure the perfect loft to fit my needs. He's a five star general when it comes to support! From the concierge desk..Nadia, Dawn, Asallah,the entire crew to maintenance Paul and crew everyone has exceeded my expectations in making Parkway feel like home. Nothing goes unnoticed. From maintenance requests to deliveries my entire experience has been seamless. I honestly thought Parkway would be a temporary stop on my new journey, but i have now started to upgrade my place to make it feel more like my own and i plan to stay a long while. I feel very blessed at a truly pivotal time in my journey to call this place home! THANK YOU MARCO!!

We moved in over 2 years ago, and the experience here has only improved with age. The entire staff is awesome and very attentive to resident needs. We love the pet friendly atmosphere here too. Also, there is enough space to move large items around and enjoy the generous amounts of sunlight unlike many other apartment complexes in the area. The amenities are a bonus too, including the on site storage facilities for your extra stuff on the floor you live on. The available parking feels very secure and ample overall. For folks that have the need, assigned/reserved indoor parking is also available for a little more $, but we never have an issue with un-assigned/general indoor/outdoor parking. They even got electric car charging facilities! A+
