For the past few years, my husband and I have been dealing with Nanette who manages our house in Clovis CA.
She’s been such a helpful and friendly person to deal with. I wanted to post this review because it’s so refreshing to find someone who genuinely goes out of their way to ensure you have everything you need, communicates well and follows up with every query made.
As a whole, We are getting a great experience with this company and the staff. We couldn't recommend them more!

We have worked with Park Property Management for close to 12 years. David and Sharon and now Nanette and her team have been excellent. Their management skill and advice are top-notch. We have worked with mediocre property management (on a property taken back through foreclosure) and the difference was night and day. We have referred several property owners to PPM and they also have all been happy with the results.

I had a wonderful experience Parker Properties. I moved half-way across the country and they made renting my home virtually stress free. David and Sharon completely handled all the day-to-day details so I didn’t have to worry about my property at all. When I decided to sell last year, they were also my seller’s agent. Again, this was a seamless process: from the end of the tenancy to listing to offer was less than a month! They know the market, are super professional, and give wonderful advice. I’m so happy with the service I received and highly recommend them!

My family and I rented a house from David & Sharon for roughly 3 years. I was really impressed with their professionalism. They take great pride in their business and is demonstrated through their actions. Routine repairs were fixed promptly. Emergency repairs were handled immediately, even dispatching technicians on long holiday weekends. Very easy going and friendly. Always available when I needed them. Definitely would recommend to others!

My husband and I rented a house from Parker Properties for a period of four years. Throughout the entire time working with them, we found them to be superb property managers. Whenever we had a difficulty with the house, they were quick to respond and take care of the problem. They hired professional and responsible people to care for the yard and pool, and to fix the items that came up with the house. After leaving the property, they remained available, responsible, helpful, and professional. We had a wonderful experience interacting with them, both during and after our stay. I would HIGHLY recommend Parker Properties as both a tenant and as a property owner. As a matter of fact, I was so impressed with their services that I referred a colleague of mine to them who needed to rent his home, and once again they provided excellent service!

I rented from Parker Properties for a few years. I was situated in a lovely home that was well maintained by Parker Properties. Both Sharon & David are very professional ! if I ever had to call the office they immediately knew who I was by name and which property I was renting, I liked that personal touch... Not only do they run a professional business, they are exceptional human beings that are caring and treat their clients with fairness and compassion. I would highly recommend them as a rental agency, for both home owners and renters... A++

At first I was very happy with David and Sharron. Maybe this was because I did not pay rent late once in four years. August of 2020 was my first late payment. This prompted emails which I have and can post, saying they are tired of “chasing me down” for rent. I’m a UPS driver. We work super long hours. 14 hours a day often. 4 years. Not one late payment. Even came to my home under the facade of worried about me. Told me they were going to call police for wellness check. In all honesty there was issues with my email and phone. Which I gladly showed them as they showed up unannounced at my door. While not batting a eye or acknowledging my excellent payment history. David told me that I should have received my stimulus check and could have paid rent with that. All this being said in front of my children. My owner has since moved on from Parker Properties. A excellent decision. It’s a business to them in fact that’s from there mouth. Friendly and nice then true colors revel themselves. A smug little man who can borderline harass and has no regard to treat you with respect. A pleasure not to work with them anymore. Highly recommend. Stay away.

I rented a home and dealt with Sharon and David for over 5 years. I can honestly say they are the BEST!!!! I will highly recommend to ANYONE. They were QUICK to get to any repairs needed on the home. Same day if not next day. At one point the air conditioner went out and was leaking and when I put the work order in on a weekend they immediately called me even though it was late at night to make sure the problem would get fixed immediately. In five years, they only raised my rent ONCE, and not much. For the area I was in I knew I wasn't getting over charged in rent. Also, after the 1st year, I was month to month with no rent upcharge. Which was AWESOME. I just left a couple weeks ago because I moved to a different city. They sent me a wonderful letter basically saying they were impressed on how the house was left and were very generous with the return of the deposit. We didn't speak much but that is because I paid rent on time, responded to any emails, and they fixed every single issue that came up! If I ever need to rent another house in the area I will definitely be going to them first.
