Love our 3 bedroom! The maintenance team is amazing and very on top of request. Everyone in the front office is mostly welcoming and helpful. Wish they had a home owners clause in lease. Sometimes get mixed answers. I don’t have dogs but it’s nice to see a huge dog community. Excellent location. The amenities are nice but forced to pay for. Should be a choice if we get a gate key to the pool or not without being forced to pay. Covered parking and garages are pricey. And the community doesn’t respect parking rules. With that being said it’s mostly an enjoyable place to live with minimal complaints! More privacy than a regular apartment.

Where to begin Park Place is a beautiful community my wife and I had reserved our 3 bedroom to move in the end of May.

From the beginning, So I was medically retired from the Army in June 2021. My wife and I were moving back to my home state of Arizona so that I may attend NAU in Flagstaff. As I was getting ready to graduate my wife was offered her dream job in Prescott, my hometown.

We were packing our apartment in flagstaff and I decided to roll the dice (credit being what it was) and apply for my VA home loan; we were shocked to hear the words, “your approved for the loan!!!”

Well, when we notified Park Place 30 days before moving in of our accomplishment. The office girl (with a super young voice, I cannot remember her name), but she said congratulations and that she would have to let Angel know and he will be in contact with us. Furthermore that he was not in the office. (For the record Angel, you are never in the office). We said Ok that was fine.

My wife and I never got a call from Angel, honestly I am still waiting….. Moreover my Wife and I were mortified, to be notified from my mom in the final few days in July, that she was receiving harassing phone calls from a PDM debt collector company asking to speak with me. So I contacted PDM and come to find out, we were sent to collections from Park Place and they wanted $5,700 something……, because of our lease break or they will put it on my credit. I have tried for to long to keep my credit improving and I was not about to have a ding. I quickly negotiated and the PDM rep, who contacted Park Place property management and we all came to an agreement and monthly payments began.

I cannot believe we were treated in this fashion, We called Park Place, and asked to speak with the manager Angel, well talk about ghosting someone, he never called us from the 30 days before we notified them, to the 5 calls with the young girl leading up to our move in date that we hadn’t heard from Angel. Were then transferred to Kisha and she informed us that we’re responsible for the lease break fee. Then to have my mom pounded by a third party debt collection company of 15 calls in one day.

Here’s a little advice Angel, my wife has been in property management for years and she has canceled the leases of several applicants because they found some place else to live. No fuss, no harm. Maybe you should do the same and have some compassion, Christ your name is Angel, guess you are the Arc Angel!!

But the way Angel handled our situation was down right wrong and that is why I am leaving this review it’s not about Park Place it’s about the office team and especially the manager Angel! I look forward to the day when he gets what he dishes.

This is the way a native to Prescott, who joined the Army after 9/11 and received a Purple Heart for injuries sustained in Iraq. Is treated… beware of Angel and the treats of Kisha that were made true.

Angel, You found my Achilles heal, me trying to keep my credit improving. There were plenty of options that were available to all of us, but you never called. Shame on you!!

My husband and I noticed our washing machine agitator had cracked. Austin arrived the next day. Was friendly and happy! He was timely in replacing the part as well! It made our experience exceptional and we loved how he was friendly and personable! He is a vital asset to the Parke Place team! We greatly value and appreciate him! Thank you Austin!

They won’t renew our lease, they left a letter on our door saying we have until may 17 2023 to move out and they are unable to renew our lease and they can’t say why they can’t. Since the place got new management it’s run down and gotta pay for the gates that not even there anymore there is more cover parking then no cover parking. Can’t even do much because the rent is so high, so many people has gotten the same thing they left a note on there front step saying that they can’t renew there lease and they won’t say why

Diane and Laura are awesome. They are always so friendly. Whenever we go the office they are kind and care about our needs. I love living at Parke Place but with these 2 lovely ladies they make living here an even better experience.

Loved loved loved Keisha. She was incredibly helpful, tentative and a joy to talk to. My husband and I talked about our time there the whole way home. We came in to scope out places to move in the future and are so glad we came here. If we decide to move it will be the first choice. Very nice property, I think that the dog spa is such an interesting feature. Nicely decorated, and a positive environment to be in.

Loving the ladies in your leasing office! I walk almost daily and will stop into the office and get a coffee and a snack. I'm always greeted with a smile and a hello from Laura and Diane. I'm new to Arizona and see a lot of strangers. It's nice to see friendly faces who are so kind. Both are professional and friendly. These ladies make me feel like I've made a couple of new friends. Love living here!!
