Just moved here on a 6 month lease from Arizona. My Fiancee and I were on a time crunch to find a place to live as he had to relocate for work. We applied to Park West online and the next day Kathryn reached out to us and helped us along the whole process to get us an apartment and moved in on time. Day of the move we were gonna be arriving late and Miriam in the front office was so great at making sure we were set & able to get into our apartment once we arrived. Office staff is absolutely amazing!!! Communicative & friendly. We’re not even a month in and we already really like this place. Its relatively quiet, very clean you can tell they take pride in keeping the complex well maintained (wowed with how clean the dog park was), plenty of parking, great amenities! Definitely worth checking out!

Lived here for ~3.5 years and had an overall positive experience and would recommend to those in Antelope Valley. It quiet, safe, renovated, offers flexible lease terms, pet friendly, has an in-unit W/D, covered parking, and the staff (both leasing and maintenance) was great through the entirety of my stay. It checks most, if not all the boxes. It's certainly one of the nicest apartments in the area. My only gripe is that it become a bit too expensive over the years and the annual rent increases didn't slow down. If it makes sense for your budget, don't hesitate to check it out.

Unit's nice for an apartment in Lancaster. Aside from the Honks & Beeps of every car alarm in the parking lot being armed each time you step foot in the parking lot. Its ok I guess. There was a Smoking little number in a thong Bikini enjoying the pool the last time we had a rainy day.

Very professional the experience was a great. The application was super convenient and the deposit is reasonable. The big plus is you can pay with credit card and no fees! Peace of mind since paydays aren't the same dates every season. I did read the negative reviews, but dont have input yet as this would be my first time renting here, but I will update in a year if I do have issues with deposit . I will update in a few weeks on information on how the apartment was prepared for my first move in date. 5 stars as of now.

Update for May 2024 - unfortunately they will no longer accept credit/debit without charging fees. It was nice while it lasted. That 5% cash back was adding up to a free month of rent for me.

Expensive for no reason. Staff in the office is very nice, but this review is geared towards the owners, the 1 bd 1 ba is 2400 and 2 bd 1 ba is 2600, it’s almost laughable. When I can get a 1 bedroom at the Avalon (a luxury building in Studio City), owners forget where they stand, YOU ARE IN LANCASTER, not desirable at all, just a place where people resort for budget reasons, nevertheless, if you don’t care about your money, you’ll encounter wonderful people working here, the leasing agent was great, the maintenance guy we ran into was awesome as well.

I recently moved into the area from overseas and the ladies in the office were absolutely incredible, kind and helpful during a stressful move. I would not have been able to move in hiccup free without the help of the leasing office and I'm so grateful they manage these apartments.

My apartment is newly and beautifully renovated and my cat and I are very much at home with the new appliances, washer and dryer and fireplace. Our maintenance requests so far have been handled same day, even for low priorities.

I definitely feel safe with the gate and have seen the courtesy patrol several times making sure everything is as it should be. Can't wait to take advantage of the pool this summer and have enjoyed the small gym here as well.

My neighbors are quiet and have been as welcoming as the front office. Overall, this has been a great spot so far and I'm so glad I've decided to make it my home! Thanks, Park West!

My husband and I (with our two kitties) are residents of Park West and we are truly so happy here. Our apartment is lovely with new carpet, large bedrooms and closets, natural light in almost all of the rooms, a spacious patio, and updated appliances in the kitchen.

It stays cool inside during 105 degree days. We have access to several well-kept amenities including a pool, tennis court, laundry-mat, and gym. And it is green and lush and the grounds are well-kept, too.

Our application process was very smooth, and the staff is absolutely lovely here. They have answered any and every question we have had and made the experience moving here so easy for us and our kitties. Work-orders are responded to quickly and thoroughly.

It is quiet and gated so we feel very safe here. Coming home to this beautiful complex is a daily relief from the desert area.

I have lived in park west for about two and a half years now. I love Living here. First off the process of taking a look at the apartment and getting the paper work in was just so smooth. If you had any questions all of their staff really made it easy to understand and are such a big help. Any maintenance request they are on it. The wait time is little to nothing and they really make sure that the issue is resolved. Everyone at park west is so friendly. There’s no better place to live. We love it at park west.
