I have lived here for 3 years and have absolutely loved it! You truly do not get a place like this for the price. The management is personable and quick to respond. It’s great if you’re a student at UAFS and also great for pets! The fire pits and grills are perfect for hanging out with friends, I have made some of my favorite memories there. I have loved living here!

Park Place is the perfect place to live short term and long term! Very spacious, clean, nice quality & the outside features are amazing as well! I have lived here for 3 years now & can't imagine being anywhere else. Next to campus which is very convenient. The landlords are always there to help if need be, and it will be in good time too! I would recommend these duplexes to anyone!

I pay $700 a month for rent that includes utilities. My apartment has been without air conditioning since Wednesday. The apartment complex was made aware on Thursday. There’s been an Heat warning in the state of Arkansas during this time with temperatures over 90 degrees. Management made me aware they are working on the issue diligently but I am still without air and it’s been days
