I lived here for almost 5 months. When Tanya was still property manager she did nothing to rectify my problems. All I was told is, ā€œI will address the issuesā€ and then nothing was done. Then Tanya was fired (for good reason) and a whole new team was brought in…
Anyone who sees the current state of the Parc at Princeton Junction can tell that it is neglected and poorly managed. The trash compactor is constantly full or broken and the tenants just throw trash bags in front of it creating a trash mountain.
I would not recommend this complex to anyone. My upstairs neighbor is loud and obnoxious (constantly stomping and slamming things). They do wash and vacuum after quiet hours (well into 2am.). The buildings have no insulation between floors!

It got so bad at the Parc at Princeton Junction that I broke my lease early, just to get out of this complex!
Also there are two google reviews on here from the property manager (former assistant property manager) Damaris’s family members including her daughter ā€œclaimingā€ to be residents at the parc to improve this property’s rating on google! (The only reason I know this is because when I lived at the parc I had several other residents tell me about these fake reviews!) EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!

I expect nothing less from Inland. This property was much better run when it was under Toll Brothers! It comes as no surprise that half the complex is vacant under Inland!

I would also like to state that Inland’s regional property manager Lori McCarroll is the vain of Inland’s existence. I have no idea why she has an email account, because she never answers emails! She doesn’t even answer the property manager Damaris’s emails! How she has a job, I will never know!

This property has gone through 5 property managers since I moved in 9/2024
-Tanya, Brandon (temporary), Lori (temporary as she is a ā€œregionalā€ manager), Maria (who only lasted a week!) and finally Damaris who I am sure won’t be lasting for long! This property is beyond repair! Buildings have cracks everywhere in hallways. There have been patch jobs that have never been painted ( I was even in the leasing office when I woman came down to complain about cracks and chipped paint that has been there for over a year!) And on top of that half the building are not handicap accessible as they have no elevators! (Toll brothers was sued for this! The link is below if you would like to read about it!)

Of course inland did nothing to fix this problem! No surprise! AVOID!

On top of this, the Parc couldn’t even acknowledge my review until I had already moved out. Extremely unprofessional. But that’s what you get when you deal with Inland Residential! If you don’t believe me, google Inland Residential and read the reviews! AVOID THIS PROPERTY AND INALND RESIDENTIAL ALTOGETHER!

I absolutely love living here! I’ve been a Parc at Princeton Junction resident since 2020, and while there have been a few changes in property management over the years, I’ve always felt right at home—thanks in large part to the amazing current property team.

The community is always well-maintained, and the amenities are top-notch, with the added convenience of the commuter rail being so close by.

What truly sets this community apart is the incredible staff. Damaris, the Manager, is simply amazing. She is consistently professional, kind, and goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel valued and heard. Whether it’s a quick question or a more complex issue, Damaris handles everything with grace and efficiency.

Victoria is equally wonderful. She’s incredibly friendly and attentive, always ensuring that any concerns are addressed promptly.

Both Damaris and Victoria bring such positive energy to the community and consistently make Parc at Princeton Junction feel warm and welcoming.

Together, they create an exceptional living experience. I genuinely feel lucky to call this place home, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic place to live!

The PROJECTS AT TRENTON JUNCTION is a fake "luxury" apartment complex - luxury prices but low-budget living. No surprise that West Windsor's low-income housing units are here.

I was a resident for 3 and a half years (way too long) at this horrible place before happily paying a $5,000 fee to break the lease. In my time living at the Parc, it went through multiple changes in property management, which speaks to how chaotic this place is run. The issues started when Inland bought the property (it was run way better under Toll Brothers). First there was Tanya, who ran the Parc to the ground by never taking care of anything or documenting any issues. Then there was Brandon, who was incredibly rude and aggressive to residents. Then there was Maria, who only managed to be hold her title for 1 week. Finally there is Damaris, who is nice but ineffective.

The primary reason my boyfriend and I vacated the apartment because the noise issues from our upstairs neighbor rendered the apartment unlivable, and we were unable to sleep at night while the upstairs neighbor vacuumed and ran the laundry and dryer well into the quiet hours. To make matters worse, the floors are not insulated at all, so every little footstep coming from the upstairs sounds and feels like an earthquake. Property management did nothing to help and we were not heard or believed. Tanya never documented any of the noise complaints filed, and Brandon silenced our concerns by telling us to leave as many bad reviews as we want, and inappropriately asking us why we would renew the lease if it was so bad living there. Damaris did take our concerns to heart by coming into our apartment and hearing for herself just how bad the noise issues actually are. However, it was too little too late because this was only a few days before we vacated the apartment, and no further action was taken by the Parc.

The noise issue is far from the only problem. More details on the poor state of this complex:

* The package room is a nightmare. The package concierge only holds a fraction of the packages that come in - good luck finding your items otherwise. People take the wrong package because of how confusing it is, and there is no room to walk in the package room amongst the clutter of boxes.

* For trash and recycling, I had to take everything outside all the way over to the other side of the complex. The trash collectors don't come nearly often enough, and the trash compactor and recycling containers are usually full to the brim with things spilling onto the ground. To make matters worse, you're charged $25 a month for garbage "service".

*You get charged $50 "amenity" fee for which you get almost no amenities. The pool is closed half of the summer. The conference rooms in the clubhouse are useless because WiFi is unusable. Arcade/billiards games have been out of order for years. The building does host some low-budget events for holidays that no one bothers going to.

* The buildings have never been power washed since I lived here. The exterior walls and balconies are covered mold - disgusting!

*Parking lot was seal coated last year, and it was a total disaster. The seal coating is already cracking all over the place, and footprints from the wet tar were stained all over the sidewalks throughout the premises.

*The landscaping is embarrassing. There are dead trees all over the premises which have never been cut down or replanted, and these trees are about to fall over!

* Snow removal in this property is low budget. All surrounding roads are cleared out right away, but the parking lot at the Parc is only cleared out after 1am, by then it's already ice. To make things worse, the windows are so thin you can hear all the construction noises from the plow vehicles and it disturbs your sleep.

Don't waste your money to live here - do yourself a favor and live anywhere else. My life is so much better now that I am no longer a resident.

I recently toured Parc at Princeton Junction and had an excellent experience! The property is absolutely stunning, with amazing amenities that really make it stand out. The pool is gorgeous, and the large gym offers a variety of equipment, so it's perfect for any fitness routine. There's also a beautiful yoga studio, which I love, and the conference rooms are ideal for work or meetings. Not to mention, the outdoor grills are a fantastic touch for when the weather is nice!
What really stood out during my tour was the incredible service. I had the pleasure of touring with Victoria and Damaris, the property manager, and they were both so welcoming and knowledgeable.
They took the time to show me everything and answered all of my questions with great detail.
One thing I really appreciate about Parc is the 24/7 maintenance service - it's comforting to know that any issues will be addressed promptly, no matter the time of day. Additionally, the shuttle service to Princeton Junction station is a huge bonus, making commuting a breeze!
Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Parc at Princeton Junction to anyone looking for luxury living with top-notch amenities and incredible customer service. Victoria and Damaris made the whole tour process smooth and enjoyable. This is definitely a place I could see myself calling home!

We have been residents at Parc for almost over two years and while it has not always been perfect, the new management is leaps and bounds better from the old! We went from one to two kids since moving here and I’m so happy to see how it’s always evolving to be kid and family friendly. They are expanding their resident events as well as offering a lot of convenient amenities in the future which are great for working parents! Damaris and Victoria are a delight and always very kind and solution-orientated when I have had an issue. You also can’t beat the location and free shuttle to the station! Look forward to hopefully staying a resident in the future!

I recently had the pleasure of touring Parc at Princeton Junction, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. From the moment I arrived Victoria was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The tour was informative, and Victoria took the time to answer all of my questions, providing detailed information about the amenities, floor plans, and the community. The apartment units are spacious, modern, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the complex is peaceful and inviting. I left the tour feeling confident that this is a place I could see myself living. Highly recommend taking a tour to see for yourself!

This is a great community close to train station, groceries, and all other essentials a family needs. Community is loaded with amenities and has a shuttle service to the train station too.

Recently the company revamped their property management staff which has been terrific. Demaris, who is the property manager is phenomenal and takes care of tenant needs on a timely manner. The staff is friendly, accessible and advocates for tenants very well. All in all a 5 star community!
