I hired this company to manage my house in Marin while my family and I relocated after a tragedy. After only a year with extremely difficult tenants that they vetted, I returned to the vacated house that I had put so much love, blood, sweat and tears into making beautiful, to see it dilapidated, unkempt and extremely filthy...ruined! Paradise properties allowed the tenants to vacate without doing a walk-through. The tenants had also stolen a brand new washer I purchased for the house at their request (one of many requests I granted to them during their short time there), along with other items including a bed. Paradise did everything they could to pacify the tenants at MY very costly expense, NEVER taking any kind of financial responsibility for their lack of looking after the property and doing everything to push court proceedings away. What did I pay them 10% of the rent monthly for? CLEARLY the owner IS NOT the client Paradise is interested in helping. They will take your money though, no problem. This has been a HORRIBLE experience and seems to have no end as they now have taken thousands of dollars from myself, the new tenants without doing anything they promised. I'm sickened by the entire experience and am reviewing this company in hopes that people in my situation do not get taken advantage of like I have. This was the LAST thing my family needed in our efforts to start over. And lastly, I'll share what was written to me during the process of trying to straighten things out after the theft of the first tenants by of the owner of Paradise Prop., Reza Najafi, "it's time to move on and put this behind you." How dare this person suggest to me to move on. Be warned, this company is known in Marin as "SLUMLORDS." I found that out a bit too late.
