I have been renting from Bob for 10+ years. He is a great Landpord with a great sense of humor. Anytime I have had any kind of issue, he has always taken prompt action, getting the issues resolved immediately. Just recently, I was in the hospital, and when I returned home, the water heater had burst. I reached out to him Sunday, and as always, someone was here to follow up with the issue the next day!

I sent my boyfriend to go look at a rental and the guy have him applications and saying to call him in the morning. I called him the following morning and this guy was so rude from the moment I spoke to him about the rental. He brushed me off saying he already was accepting somebody's application and their deposit when I showed up to drop off ours. The same day he denied me he emailed me saying the house was back on the market and to go look thru the windows. Even though he was already rude to me I decided to call him the following morning to ask what happened because he told me the prior day he accepted somebody else. So he set up the walk through with us the same day because he wanted us to both be there, I left work on my lunch break to meet up with him, saw the inside and he took our application money already knowing that my boyfriend didn't have any prior rental history, but I do for the last 11 years my credit is in the 600 range and his is about 580 so he said he was going to ponder on our application and give us a call on Monday (this was a Friday by the way). The house was in our budget and perfect for the children being there was a school a cross the street as well as a park. Monday rolled around and I hadn't heard from him so I called him and he straight up told me NO he was giving it to somebody else. Basically he knew our situation and took our money anyways that he requested to be in CASH! Now I am out that money and he ran my credit and brought my credit score down. This man is unreasonable and I led to believe he is scamming families for the application fee and denying them when they inquire if he has accepted them or not. Do not deal with this company they will take your money and give you false hopes. I hate that I even have to give him 1 star because this company is absolutely scandalous.
