Working with Panther Properties Charleston has been a great experience and expect it to remain as such. In my time with PPC, I have seen encredible remodels, great strides in community beautification, and generosity and guidance from the leadership within the company.

Anthony has been awesome to work with. He communicates and will keep you updated on maintenance requests. He makes signing a lease easy and will work with you if your not available early in the day. It has been a pleasure working with him and his team. We love our house we are renting from then and is by far the best place we have rented so far. They have great prices and the location is perfect close to stores, restaurants, parks, and EIU is all in walking distance.

Great properties, close to the university, we rented the place for like 18months, we didn’t have no issues with the property management at all, especially big shoutout to Anthony, he helped us in tough times and very friendly.
