I absolutely love this complex! I’ve been here a little over 1 year and i have no complaints. The community is great, amenities, parking, etc. I love how the management staff is always on top of things and engages with the tenants regularly. maintenance is always available if not the same day then for sure the next! if you are looking for an apartment with in great location at the beginning of Murfreesboro this should be #1 on your list!

if i was to add the pool is my favorite amenity! a good sunny day with a book ? sounds like a win to me!

I have just moved here to Panther Creek Parc and I am so glad I made this decision. My dog,cat, and I couldn't be happier! This is a beautiful community with clean sidewalks and gorgeous landscaping. The breezeways are brightly lit and I feel very secure walking around, both day and night. The staff are incredible, always friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Markese and Hannah in the front office, they are awesome! Hopefully I will be able to continue to enjoy this community for years to come.

Management may have changed but the people are still very helpful and are willing to work with you on a lot of stuff. The apartments themselves are pretty good but what makes them great is the maintenance staff that usually fix issues the same day. The rent is also very reasonable especially for the area, and I've enjoyed staying here!

I have been living here almost 3 years in 3 different apartments. The 5 Stars is for the maintenance team. The only reason I’m staying here.
A big shout out to Tommy, Logan, Ramone, and G!! They are a great maintenance team.

Was looking for an apartment and was helped by Cheyenne. I must say extremely impressed by the care, attention, and knowledge that the she had about the property. Everything was smooth seamless and very professional. In terms of service and assistance 10 out of 10. Strongly considering the move there. The apartments are nice and they have my favorite thing in the world a pool!

After seeing more than 35 apartment complexes from Brentwood to Franklin to Murfreesboro, we decided to make Panther Creek our home. We've been her for 6 months now and could not be happier. Every amenity they have listed on their website is ACTUALLY available. I could not be more pleasing. The staff and maintenance here are wonderful. Not perfect but who is. This is the first time I've moved out of state and they have made this transition very. I'm very grateful for the Panther Creek Parc community!
