Wow is all I can say!! I have used Pam to help me purchase my first home and sell a home as well. My experience with Pam on both purchase and sell has been phenomenal. Pam was great to work with while selling my home. She was responsive when I had questions, and always had time for me. Pam was kind enough to help me move some things when I needed an extra hand. She had a few extra cans of deck stain she gave me so my deck looked the best it could for the photos. She went the extra mile and brought a welcome mat and potted tulips for the front door, and she brought a nice print for the wall in the bathroom. The house sold to the first person who saw the house the first day!
