Paloma Summit is a beautiful community with a fantastic team. Courtney in the leasing office was incredibly helpful, taking the time to tour different locations and find the perfect fit. Samaneh followed up and helped make the move-in process seamless. The resident services team consistently offers excellent customer service, and maintenance is quick and efficient. Paloma Summit is a nice community located on the edge of Foothill Ranch. We have been living here for 2.5 years, and during this time, we have really enjoyed it. The team always helps with maintenance very quickly and with high quality. The community organizes events from time to time, which are interesting for both children and adults. I want to acknowledge the friendly managers, Samaneh and Courtney, who are always ready to help with any questions.

The complex is situated in the foothills of Orange County, so it is amazing views all around. The staff is unlike any other complex I have lived in. They are all very kind and go above and beyond on a regular basis. There rent is affordable given comparable floor plans and square footage. Everyone who lives there seems happy, it is a very neighborly area in general. There's actually parking! I never struggled to find parking...finally!! The buildings are old, so the AC/heater vents aren't that great, the shower pipes needed repairs a few times, and the cabinets are a challenge to work with because they aren't space optimized and its hinges are weak. Maintenance was always quick to repair everything which is another plus and we were surprised to learn the buildings were old because they certainly don't look it. We were sad to leave, the views alone are worth staying forever but the staff definitely made it home 🙂

I have lived here for over a year and can wholeheartedly say it has been a positive experience! The move in process was made very easy by approachable and accommodating staff such as our dear Samaneh! Samaneh has always been very responsive and goes above and beyond to ensure her residents are happy and well. Located in the hills of Lake Forest, this complex has become our sanctuary. It is beautiful, well taken care of and serene. We feel very fortunate to call this place our home! We toured many other complexes across OC with similar features and nothing comes close to Paloma Summit! We look forward to many more years here.

We have been residents at this community since 2016 and have loved living here! We love our home and all that the management offers our community. From amenities to cool resident-focused events, there’s always something fun going on for the residents. Paloma Summit is a very safe, clean, family friendly community and our young family has thrived here. Samaneh, one of the managers, is always so attentive and helpful whenever we have needed help. The maintenance team is prompt and professional and always fulfills our requests in a timely manner. We are so lucky to be able to call Paloma Summit our home.
