The Palmetto Apartments offer some of the best value in the area. With interior details like hardwood floors, marble tile, elegant molding, and relatively new appliances, it offers features that are hard to find at this price point. Our unit had beautiful sunset views from the balcony, and we were lucky to have a covered garage with extra storage.

The community was welcoming, and we enjoyed spending warm days by the pool with our neighbors.

The location is also a highlight—conveniently close to downtown Tiburon and with easy access to the freeway for trips north or into the city.

Management takes a hands-off approach but is responsive when maintenance is needed. Overall, a great place to live for those looking for both style and convenience.
