I was very happy with Ryan Stevens from Pacific Shores Real Estate. He made it very easy to sell my home, even if it was 150 miles away. He explained every step of the process I had to go through. He was very helpful and knowledgeable with answering any of my questions about each of the many documents I had to complete and sign.

Ryan was very easy to work with. He was easy to reach when we had questions. We felt that he listened to our concerns and did his best to address them. During the sale he got us in touch with all the services we needed to prepare our house for sale. The services he recommended were very quick and good quality. He prepared for potential issues with the sale of our house and dealt with them efficiently. During the house searching, he got to know us and what we wanted and found houses for us to view so that we did not have to do all the searching. Thank you so, so much Ryan and Katie!
We lived 2hrs away so Ryan would visit homes and send us recordings during the week then set up a weekend with our top homes, sending us the gps routes and just overall making the most out of our time and gas. We did not know the area but he got to know our family and showed us homes all around, giving us a little info about the area so that we could make decisions based on our needs. He was also available and answered our questions. He worked with our loan officer who operates from Nevada and throughout the pandemic. One time I remember telling him I was very worried to miss a deadline and he told me not to worry that that was their job and they wouldn’t let us miss anything. I felt so relieved! Just thank you, thank you because at the end we got the house that best suited our needs and wants. I will be giving out this info to friends and family looking to buy in the Bakersfield area.
