We moved into the pacific point community a little over a year ago. We have had quite a few issues with the home, such as most of the front landscaping dying and a leak in the island which required an extensive repair. Thankfully these issues happened within the first year and Manny was great in helping us get them fixed. However, now just a few months outside of the warranty, one of the cabinet drawers in the kitchen just completely fell off without us even touching it. These homes are marketed as “luxury” but the kitchen cabinets are made out of particleboard and a chunk of the side just fell out. I asked for it to be repaired, but was told by Giovanni that since we are beyond the 1 year warranty, there’s nothing he can do. We have lived in houses that were 40+ years old and never had this happen before.

Pacific communities have been great to work with. Kim in the office has been super helpful whenever we wanted to see the house as it was being built and especially as we got close to closing. The whole team really pushed to have us in before Christmas which was so nice.
