Currently been living here for 3 months with my daughter & my room is the only 1 upstairs that stays hot I have to constantly keep my fan on everyday. The 1st time the maintenence guy checked the air? He said "these appartments arw 40+ years old like there's nun at all weww can do about it" & then I've called the landlord to complain about it & like always she never calls back but is always at the office 5 days a week though? I even called her twoce about tryna get a wasp nest from off in front of my door & yet still no response! My dad had to come do it himself! EXTREMELY POOR MANAGEMENT OVER HERE!!!

Like anywhere...its not the place..its the people in the place...Laundry facility needs a MAJOR up grade....MAJORLY. Manger needs to be up dated on policies that are not clearly explained in the lease....I was told I couldn't go to school and live here...still waiting on a reason why...2 months later....dam shame
