Joe did an exceptional job selling my Aunt's home in Manahawkin. Alot of details were involved since my Aunt passed away and having to deal with the estate. The home also needed repairs which he handled with a trusted person he knew to fix the issues. Since we do not live in New Jersey, Joe's hands on expertise made this entire home sale get accomplished.
