This is the worse place to rent. They do not answer no requests on time. They don’t have a lot of maintenance people to assist. They bother you more for the rent then to make sure that the complex is clean my mother walked her dog over here and her dog got sick because there was dog poop all over the complex and they don’t make sure everything in your apartment is fix. And the roaches / mice issues is the worse they not trying to attend to the problem at all. Be careful trying to rent here. Never again let this be one of the top five last places to rent

Paid $280 for an application fee and to “reserve a unit” if approved. If denied, you’re supposed to be refunded the $200 for the hold. I was denied but they still have yet to refund my $200. It’s been 2 weeks and no one answers the phone. They don’t respond back to voicemails nor emails. They’re truly ripping people off. Place is a scam.

The place is great, but the new management is terrible. The last time I went to resolve a problem, I was mistreated by the supervisor; she yelled at me and disrespected me. I’ve been in the area for 15 years, and I dare say we never had problems before. However, now we need a more supportive and understanding supervisor who seeks methods to help the community grow and maintain order in the area.

If I could give 0 stars I would… Don’t even bother trying to rent here!! They scammed me out of $200 that was supposed to be refunded if you don’t get approved but they never did! Even after going down there they claim the refund has to go through corporate after the lady asked for my full card numbers over the phone so that she can “process the refund! Seems like all they are doing here is ripping people off! BEWARE!!

I am saddened to write another poor review. Let me begin by stating that the Regional Manager, Patty is AMAZING!!! She was extremely helpful! She was understanding and fair. I felt heard and valued by her. Unfortunately, shortly after my wonderful conversation with her, the property manager retaliated against me by adding another fine :(. I am started to feel harassed. I am very sad that she is continuing to bully me and use intimidation tactics in efforts to stop me from speaking with management.

Rude experience. their “third party” scheduling lied telling me a bunch of requirements or lack their of that wasn’t true such as they accept a certain credit score, no need for 3x the rent, etc. Even encouraged me to bring my dog to the office so they can meet him (thank goodness I didn’t) just to get me in the door. I drove over an hr away to be told make 3x the amount of rent when I confirmed twice that wasn’t necessary before arrival. Instead I was met with a rude office manager I’m assuming, some woman who lacked professionalism trying to yell across the office to me denying my rental assistance which can’t be done in the state of nj- not the program I had and it’s a Google search away. Also tried to tell me there’s no contracts with the leasing & the program I’m in which isn’t true, and I came with all proof but they didn’t care to see it. They also complained about having to take vouchers/rental assistance so I knew it was going to be an issue when being there. They spoke to me and made me feel as if I’m not good enough to live there because I had it. No remorse for the shady appointment setters, nothing. I used to manage a leasing office years ago and this is not how it’s done. I completely wasted my time early in the morning . I just walked out. Very uncomfortable and frustrating experience.

They don’t keep up to date with maintenance requests. Last few times we had requests, it kept getting cancelled. Our heat don’t work & when we put in a request for someone to come check it out, a few hours later it showed the issue was resolved. We have this problem every year. Every year we have to call for them to come check it out. They don’t fix their broilers.

Don’t sell no more apartments to anyone until yall clean up the dog poop that’s everywhere this is at the bus stop so all of the kids steps in it the maintenance people walk passed it I seen one maintenance guy take a stick with red take on it and put it on the places where the dog poop was at but it’s been 4 weeks and the poop and sticks are still there
